Nuttin Betta is a Louisiana staple. We pride ourselves on preparing and serving authentic Louisiana cuisine. Owner and master chef Edgar Green is a New Orleans native. Executive and master chef Christopher Carter is a Baton Rouge native. Together they create indigenous dishes that are delectable to the palate. Chef Edgar Green and his Wife reside in San Antonio Texas were they continue to create and provide services that will continue to help San Antonio grow an and create a different experience.
